  • RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
    Every single piece of ours is carefully designed and quality checked. We handle each of our pieces with the utmost care before sending it to the courier. Hence, we do no accept returns or refunds. In the event that you encounter any damages, we accept returns as long as you abide by the following: The item was not worn or damaged due to general wear and tear. We are to be contacted within 48 hours upon receiving the item/s with a photo following a message regarding the concern, as well as the receipt or proof of purchase. The item must be in the same condition as it was received; unwashed, with tags, and no stains (makeup, food, drink, etc). Shipping costs for returns will be shouldered by us, but please follow the instructions sent to you regarding our preferred courier once we accept the return. *previous shipping costs will not be refunded *request for returns or exchanges are subject for approval IMPORTANT : All items must be properly packed in order to not be damaged during transit. You may contact us by sending an email to arugastudio@gmail.com or a DM through instagram.com/arugastudio and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Do not hesitate to ask us in case you have any clarifications or are in need of any help with the process. Instructions on how and where to send will follow once we accept your return. Items that do not abide with the aforementioned list will not be eligible, considered, nor accepted.

  • SHIPPING
    We ship every Tuesday and Thursday. A tracking number will be sent to you once your item/s have been shipped. We are based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. Shipping will usually take 1-3 business days to arrive in areas within Metro Manila. Provincial delivery addresses will take 5-7 business days to arrive. SHIPPING FEES Metro Manila - Php 150 Provinces - Php 240 We also accept the following shipping alternatives: Via Grab, Lalamove or Pick-up every Tuesday and Thursday from 10am-5pm Shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer
